Catherine Bray

Catherine BrayCatherine Bray is a commissioner, producer and writer-director whose first feature film as a producer was Charlie Lyne’s ‘90s teen movie doc Beyond Clueless (2014), followed by iPlayer essay feature Fear Itself (2015). She is a co-founder of Loop, whose work includes Missing Episode for BBC2 (2017), Fish Story (2017), and Lasting Marks (2018). Her debut as writer-director is an hour-long essay film, premièring on BBC4 Christmas 2019. Catherine freelances as a print and broadcast journalist, including for the BBC, Channel Five, BFI, The Guardian, Time Out and Variety. She is Head of Arts at Little Dot Studios and tweets at @catherinebray.
