Lauren Vevers

Lauren Vevers is a writer, filmmaker and critic from Newcastle upon Tyne. Her plays, Trashed and Bassline, were included on the Pint-Sized Playwriting Longlist for 2018 and 2019. Her debut short film as a writer/director, Love Spell, has been awarded funding from BFI Network and is in production with Freya Films. She runs creative writing workshops for young people and community groups across the North. She tweets @laurenvevers.
